Show it one sample ID, tell it what to call each field, then bulk-process the rest — Name/ID/Mobile or any fields your card has.
OCR runs fully in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere
Browsers can't write to a file path on your computer directly (that's a security boundary, not a limitation of this tool). The last step lets you name the output file, and optionally append into an existing Excel file you upload — then it downloads the result for you to save wherever you like.
1Upload one sample ID and define fields
Upload a single ID card (photo or PDF) to teach the tool what fields look like. You'll name each column yourself.

Pre-filled from lines detected on your sample. Edit the column title, adjust the "label on card" if needed, untick to skip, or add a field manually.
